Clear expectations build trust.
Effective July 28, 2026. These terms govern your use of The Experience Foundation, Inc. website and its public information.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply only to this website; a specific program, event, volunteer role, sponsorship, or donation may have additional written requirements.
Information and mission
This website shares the Foundation’s charitable mission, programs, events, stories, and ways to participate. Content is provided for general informational and community-engagement purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, emergency, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional, fiduciary, counseling, or client relationship.
Current website forms
The forms currently displayed on this site are interactive previews. Entries are not transmitted to or stored by the Foundation. To reach us now, use the official email address or telephone number on the Contact page. If connected submission services are added, the form notice and Privacy Policy will be updated before information is collected.
Respectful and lawful use
You may use this site for personal, charitable, educational, and community-engagement purposes consistent with the Foundation’s mission. You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse personal information, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use Foundation content or branding in a misleading way.
Programs, events, and opportunities
Program descriptions, dates, locations, capacity, eligibility, screening, safety requirements, and availability may change. Participation is not guaranteed by viewing this site or expressing interest. The Foundation may establish reasonable requirements, cancel or modify activities, or decline participation when necessary to protect participants, partners, staff, volunteers, or the mission.
Donations and sponsorships
When online giving becomes available, payments may be processed by a third-party provider under its own terms and privacy practices. Donation acknowledgments, restrictions, sponsorship benefits, refunds, and tax treatment are governed by the Foundation’s written records and applicable law. Nothing on this site is tax or legal advice; donors should consult their own adviser regarding deductibility.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, this site’s text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and other content are owned by or licensed to The Experience Foundation, Inc. You may share links and make limited personal or educational use with attribution. Reproduction, commercial use, alteration, or use of the Foundation’s name or marks to imply endorsement requires prior written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to partner organizations, social platforms, registration services, payment processors, or other outside resources. Those services are controlled by their respective owners. A link does not necessarily mean the Foundation endorses every statement, product, security practice, or policy on the linked site.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site useful, accurate, and available, but information may contain errors, become outdated, or be temporarily unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Experience Foundation, Inc. and its directors, officers, staff, volunteers, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law. We may revise them as the website or Foundation activities evolve; the effective date at the top of this page will show the latest published version. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
